The Iraqi center for training signed an understanding memorandum with higher Institute of financial

 & accounting studies Baghdad university dated in April -7-2009.

It contained the cooperation between the two sides. And follow the partner ship policy

 to implement the training programs and forward supporting the Institute by the trainers

to implement the training plans& arrange the work shop and meeting between the two sides.

The dean of the Institute, Dr Ab-dul-sahib Najim agreed to support our Institute scientifically& Information ally
