The Iraqi Center for training accomplished a training program

Kurdistan – Sulaimania governorate, from 18-10-2009 to 22-10-2009

 addressed : The Modern tools for  Controlling & Inspection ,

 Participating by the employee in the Ministry of agriculture

and Ministry of youth and sports. 

The program contained workshops discussed the problems

 of these Ministries and how to solve it. 

The subjects of the program a rounded about:- 

- Controlling and Inspection.

- Performance evaluation.

- The types of Controlling.

- The Controlling of Performance.

- The electronic Governance.

Training:-  

The Iraqi center for training accomplished a training program in

 Kurbala governorate  from 3-10-2009 to 10-10-2009. 

Addressed ((The development of Managerial Leadership in top Level Management )) 

The members of this program from all over Iraq who work in Middile Management

 in the ministry of youth and sports, which partnership was 98% in the program 

contained workshops managed by the member of parliament ( Hunain-AL- Kadu) 

in sector of strategic planning.

The Main Subjects of the program were:-

- Management and Leadership.

- The transparency Management.

- The skill of planning.

- The strategic thinking for succeful Management.

- The basic of correspondence.

- The Electronic Governonce.

Training program:-

The Iraqi center for training achieved a training program

for the leadership level in a Ministry of youth and sport.

Shared in this program a level of Managers from all of

the Specification from 22/4/2009 to 30/4/2009,

the number of associations were (27) trainees.

This program was excellence in the conversation and

discussion which made to acquire the trainee a practice

and develop their Capability  to

promote their performance.

In this program there was a workshop Create

a competition amongthe trainees, so we divided

them to (5) work teams.

This program was contain a variety of lecturers,

a bout following subjects:

• The basic of managerial thinking
• The strategic planning.
• Change Managing.
• Total Quality  Management & ISO
• Test & evaluating

At the end of this program the certificates distributed by the manager of the institute

 who concentrate on the continues of the training programs, so the manager pf coordinating

attend this celebration

Commended to the efforts of the national institute especially in this program, So she thanked

the trainees to their effective participation which realized a special degree.

The Iraqi center for training signed an understanding memorandum with higher Institute of financial

 & accounting studies Baghdad university dated in April -7-2009.

It contained the cooperation between the two sides. And follow the partner ship policy

 to implement the training programs and forward supporting the Institute by the trainers

to implement the training plans& arrange the work shop and meeting between the two sides.
